Pretty much self explanatory. any new mobs that are popping up can request an alliance, but remember that we want to keep alliances exclusive to the larger scaled Mobs. not trying to ally with 20 baby mobs so that they can start up under the protection of The Commission, grow big, steal members, and then betray us by coming after us with a rival Mob after we protected you. (don't roll your eyes at this screen it has happend to me "METAL BLOOD" before)
not trying to be rude about it, just trying to be practical. if you have a small mob and don't think it will last without an alliance, maybe you need to hide it for a bit, then re-launch when you are really ready. a decent start up mob will have at least 50 members, with 20 of those members being time clock frequent visitors to your chat. . . . don't have a chat?
