1. first and foremost you will go to the family member e-mail list, copy, and paste that list over to the "invite friends to Facebook" and put in the message "The Commission" and send it. while i understand that after a point the list may get rather large and sending 100 game invites will become hard to do. i want everyone here to at the very lest have all of the family added as facebook freinds. (yes you may remove them after you have added them to your mob if that is your wish, but untill you have them in your mob they had better be your facebook friend till they are.

2. after you have sent the "mass e-mail" list adds out then return to the members listing thread and reply to the topic with your information (this includes all your alternate accounts if you have them, and if you have the instant invite link please post that up as well) your information includes, your mobster name, your real name, and your e-mail of course.

3. when in the chat room you can register for XAT.com chats. please do as often people like to erase their internet cookies and that will remove your chat room member status, if you are registered all you need to do is "Private chat" any member with the word "login" it will be underlined and you can click on it. simply sign back in and reload the chat. this way you are not trying to hunt down a owner or moderator to give you membership to the chat again.

We will not:

At no time will an officer enlist any of the family in a personal vendetta
(i.e. no ordering attacks because you get normal attacks or robberies during the course of play}.
At no time will an officer offer an alliance with any other family.
At no time do we engage in "Virtual Turf Wars" We are not be thugs; however, we will protect our family.
At no time will an officer allow their self-interests to out way the good of the Family.
When acting for the Family, the Family always comes first.
Any Violation can lead to de-mobbing of offender.

Family expectations:

You must ensure that you are mobbed up with every other member of the Family. The family name must appear in the status line next to your avatar name.
Success comes from this connection and players unwilling to mob with other members of the family will be returned to their status as Non-Family.

Any member engaged in hostility with another Family member due to being unconnected will immediately cease action and mob up.
NO FIGHTING IS ALLOWED AMONG FAMILY MEMBERS
You may not be in two families at same time.
All "Family Members" from the lowest recruit to the Godfather/mother?? himself must come when a family wide alert is called.
On the crew level, if whole crew is needed then the whole crew shows up regardless of level.
Likewise, if the whole clan is needed then the whole clans shows up regardless of the level.

Game expectations:

You will play the game respectfully; you are only allowed 3 hits per day per mobsters on the attack list. NEVER EVER EVER hit the Bounty Hunter. (unless you were chosen as a random target for a $$$ transfer, then we act)
Greedy members should fight their own battles within reason.
NEVER involve The Commission in a personal vendetta.
NEVER involve The Commission in another family's business (support your friends, but do not involve the Commission)

The Commission Compensation:

Those working on behalf of The Commission are entitled to compensation. Occassionally members will be asked to contribute a donation of energy for "services rendered” (i.e., if Line Officers need boosts to handle attacks, their names should be posted (where) so they can receive an energy burst for putting themselves on the line for a family member).

The Commission is a family of mobsters, formed on the foundation of respect toward all players. We work together to make the game rewarding and fun for everyone. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Three attacks off of the attack list is the recommended maximum unless you are retaliating.

Any type of bigotry or bullying will lead to negative consequences.

As a member of The Commission, you have many benefits:

Backup from the entire Commission when necessary, for every member of our family.
A structured family with designated positions clearly defined.
Gaming knowledge and skills.

We believe that everyone from a cadet to the Co-Commissioners/Supreme Court Justices deserves a seat at The Commission table. Captains and up are allowed to vote, and are expected to represent those serving under them, which allows everyone to have a voice at the table. Majority rules. In the event of a tie vote, the Co-Commissioners have the vote that breaks the tie. The Co-Commissioners reserve the right to deny any application and will offer an explanation upon request.

The Commission will not tolerate the following:

At no time will an officer enlist any of the family in a personal vendetta
(i.e. no ordering attacks because you get normal attacks or robberies during the course of they game).
At no time will any officer offer an alliance with any other family.
At no time do we engage in "Virtual Turf Wars" We are not thugs; however, we protect our family, The Commission.
At no time will an officer allow their personal self-interests to outweigh the good of The Commission Family.
Any Violation can lead to de-mobbing of the offender.

The Commission expectations:

You must ensure that you are mobbed with every other member of the Family.

Success depends on this connection and players unwilling to mob with other members of the family can be demobbed.

Any member engaged in hostility with another Commission member due to being unconnected will immediately cease action and mob up.
